NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The heavy rains and gusting winds that battered the Tri-State on Sunday and overnight finally moved out Monday.

“It’ll be sunny but windy this afternoon,” AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Sobel said.
Temperatures Monday will reach a high of 45. Monday night will be partly cloudy with winds slowly diminishing.
A good deal of sunshine is on tap for Tuesday with a high of 46.
Clouds will move in again Wednesday before the rain starts up again that night. Thursday will be windy and rainy with a high of 50.
